Simply put, it recreates an object and allows your clients to rotate and inspect the product from every angle.

Textures are images that are mapped on a 3D model, in order to give it a photorealistic look.

If you want to take care of it on your own, and plan on commissioning your own 3D model, please make sure you check out our 3D model guidelines and that your 3D model follows them.

Augmented reality, or AR, is an enhanced (augmented) version of our physical world achieved through digital overlapping.
In other words, it’s the process of adding virtual elements to what we see in real life.

In our case, it describes the action of projecting your 3D model in real space through a screen.

Angle’s 3D AR feature will allow your customers to visualize the product directly in their space through the smartphone’s camera.

Get on your smartphone and try this AR example, by clicking on the cube icon on the bottom right of the 3D model.

If you plan on letting us take care of the 3D model, please be aware that the costs involved will greatly vary depending on the complexity of the model commissioned.

To cancel your subscription, simply uninstall the Angle3D Configurator app in your Shopify Admin dashboard.

If you uninstall the app before the end of your 14 days free trial period, you will not be charged at all.

Please note that fees will be applied in case you miss that deadline.

To change your current plan, select the ‘Change Plan’ option in the app settings.

In order to unsubscribe from any Angle 3D Configurator plan, simply uninstall the app from your Shopify dashboard. No further steps needed!

If you uninstall the app before the end of your 14 days free trial period, you will not be charged at all.

Please note that fees will be applied in case you miss that deadline.

You can’t do it from the app.
Go to your Shopify dashboard, select the product and delete its 3D model in the “Media” section.

IMPORTANT

Please be aware that if you delete the 3D model, its 3D configurator will also be deleted. So make sure you are aware of that before deleting the 3D model.

(If you delete your 3D model by mistake, just contact us and we’ll help you.)

You can simply replace your 3D model in the app, by clicking the settings icon on the 3D model, then going to the “3D model” section. You will be able to replace or download your current 3D model, and also see the history of all your old 3D models for this particular configurator.
